Q.  When are the Homeowner Association Board meetings?

A.  Monthly meetings are held the last Monday of the month in Unit 107.  All residents are encouraged to attend in person or by Zoom.

Q.  Can I get a copy of the agenda before the meeting?  

A.  One week before the monthly meeting Management emails the agenda and a draft copy of the minutes of the previous meeting to homeowners along with a reminder about the date and time of the meeting and instructions on how to sign in on Zoom if you can’t attend in person.

Q.  How do I get on the Management email list to get the agenda and meeting minutes?

A.  To receive eblast emails from Management simply provide your name, Unit number and email address to Management at 425-897-3480.

Q.  Can guests use the weight and exercise equipment in Unit 107?

A.  Sorry, only adult residents are authorized to be in the weight and exercise rooms in Unit 107.  Due to the risk of injury, our insurance requires that guests and children younger than 18 years of age are to remain outside of both the weight and exercise rooms at all times.  

Q.  I have a friend staying with me for a week.  Where can he/she park?

A.  Daytime guests (7 AM – 5 PM) of residents are welcome to use the seven (7) Guest Parking spaces near the main lobby, or any Unassigned Parking space.  Overnight Guests may park ONLY in the seven (7) Guest Parking spaces near the main lobby entrance with some restrictions.  From 5 PM – 7 AM any Guest vehicle parked in a Guest space is required to display the PTCA Guest Parking Permit.  Guest Parking Permits are available in the entrance lobby. The Parking Management Company will monitor evening and nighttime use of the Guest spaces and will issue violations and corresponding penalties.  Use of the Guest spaces is first come first served.  A guest vehicle is limited to a maximum of seven (7) nights of overnight parking in any 30-day period without prior BOD approval.
